If you’re looking for a prepaid legal plan, I wouldn’t use this one. I’ve been trying for 7 months to find a lawyer than can help me on 2 different family planning cases. Part of that delay is my fault, but we’ve tried 5 different lawyers now and all continue to say they don’t work with legal ease anymore or are too busy to handle the case. Customer service is useless in helping find a lawyer that can help. Just “here’s a name, try calling them or we can connect you.”

I’m very disappointed with LegalEase services. Customer service is friendly enough but provide absolutely no substance. I asked to. connect me with a lawyer in my area and I was given a phone number of a lawyer who retired 10 years ago and since has died. I think the concept of LegalEase is pretty appealing but if you need to utilize lawyer services, this company is pointless. Considering it’s a monthly service subscription, I waisted a lot of money!
