No one ever wants to have to use a service like this. However if you must, it makes your day a little brighter when Angelina answers the phone. She was able to turn a stressful, questionable situation into one I could wrap my brain around, and worked hard to find us what we needed. Her calm, caring demeanor was present from the moment she answered and am grateful for that. She followed up with all the necessary info like promised. Thank you!

This company does not let you chose the attorney, they send it out to different attorneys in the area to accept. The first one was 25 miles away, I called and said I am not driving 25 miles when there are several attorneys within 5 min. Finally got another attorney closer. Each time you call it takes 3 days to get a code so you can see the attorney. Next time I called I needed to make a small update to what the original attorney did and asked for a code for the same attorney. 3 days later I get a code for a new attorney. I called to tell them I am not going to a new attorney and starting over when I can go to the same attorney who already agreed to do the update. They told me the attorney was not in network so I need to see different one. I said they why was the attorney in network 1 month ago. They finally found the attorney was in network and said I could go to them, they would fix it in the system. 2 days later I call and it is still not fixed. What a nightmare both times dealing with this company. Never again would I sign up with them.

Carlos Goicochea was very helpful and allowed me to just ramble at times to get everything I needed out during this stressful time.

I had the best pleasure of speaking with Khadijah McNeil who listened to my concerns and immediately escalated a new case. Khadijah also provided me with other resources if the steps she has taken does not work in a timely manner. She was very professional, helpful and showed empathy and provided great service.
