Nicole is an excellent attorney. I cannot speak highly enough of her and Tammy. As a client, I can speak to their knowledge, attention to detail, promptness and ongoing desire to find the right solution for me. High marks on each of these items. These items alone, however, do not fully highlight how pleased I am with their services. My positive view of them is also supported by their dedication and continued focus on taking the high road, despite the hostile opponent in my case, while also standing firm and not backing down from a fight/battle. I love that Nicole and Tammy were simply not scared to tell me the truth and “set me straight” when my thinking/ambitions/views would go off the rails at times, and I treasured this as it (along with their experience/advice) allowed me to balance the risk/reward of decisions during my case. Nicole Voyles has represented me in my family law, particularly child custody, matters over the last 5 plus years. She is very knowledgeable about child custody matters. She was dedicated to seeking and protecting my rights as a father. Nicole is respectful, candid, steadfast, attentive to my case, but equally important, ethical. What I really appreciated about Nicole was her ability to guide me through each phase of the proceedings and manage my expectations (she will tell you what she believes is reasonable and realistic to reach a solution that is fair to you and your children). I have a special needs child and knew my divorce would be complicated and difficult. I needed to act in the best interest of my kids. Furthermore, I did not want to retrospectively regret my effort. Nicole Voyles was very clear to let me know when I was asking for things I was not likely to get. I asked for a lot, and I ask for things that were going to be very difficult to secure. That being said she worked diligently to get me the great majority of what I wanted. The things I did not get was not for a lack of effort on her part. I actually consulted /interviewed 5 attorneys prior to mediation. The attorneys all present the typical spo and discuss mediation. Nicole was the only attorney who spent time listening, was honest with possible outcomes and actually discuss a few ideas on achieving my goal. She did not sell me on unlikely outcomes. For other reasons, I initially went with another attorney for the mediation. My Ex quickly violated the mediation and refuse to communicate. At this time I was not please with the effort and response of my attorney (first attorney). I changed attorneys and went with Nicole Voyles. It became clear from the beginning Nicole was hard worker. She push to get my Ex back to mediation and when she refuse we went to court. Against difficult odds, she successfully secured a safer possession schedule for my kids. After multiple attempts at a final mediation it became clear we had to go back to court. However, throughout the mediation process Nicole would meticulously negotiate /signed off different sections of our agreement. Sometimes having an attorney who is prepared to litigate probable makes for better mediation. She successfully limited the court time only to the issues that we were unable to mediate. Her Court preparation was impeccable. She was thorough in her organization. She was able to read the atmosphere of the courtroom and decide how aggressive to respond. - Prior to the judge final comments, I gave Ms Voyles a hand written note stating: ' You did a Great Job'. I wanted her to know that independent of the outcome, I was extremely happy with her Effort. - The opposing counsel commented to me in the hallway: 'your attorney did a great job'. This is coming from the opposing counsel prior to the judge opinion. - My Ex, during and after the divorce, commented to mutual friends that my attorney is 'really good'. Most importantly, the work and efforts of Ms Voyles have resulted in my children being in a much more stable environment. They are happy and thriving. This was most important. For this I will be forever, grateful.

Nicole went above and beyond what I even expected. This was an intervenor case and my expectations were not high but she worked so hard on my behalf and it all worked out. I highly recommend her

I hired Nicole about a year ago to assist with a child custody case. She was fantastic. As you can imagine, this was a horrible experience for all involved. On top of everything, she had quite a few curve balls to deal with, she was professional and supportive throughout.

Way overpriced for the work done, didn't seem to care or be engaged in my case at all. I had to contact her paralegal the day before mediation just to confirm she would show up. No planning or instruction was given beforehand and ultimately ended in a less than favorable mediation settlement where I felt pressured just to get it over with. During mediation she sat across the table from me reading US Magazine as if it were just a waste of her time. I thought hiring the most expensive attorney that I could afford would benefit me, what a mistake.

I realize 5 stars may seem unreal but this describes Nicole precisely! In 2009 I was forced to make a decision i never thought I would have to make. Nicole was a stabilizing factor in my life that had quickly turned upside down. I filed for divorce in 2009 and now, 2014, I am the primary custodian and have my children full time. I am grateful to Nicole for her knowledge, experience and dedication to her profession.

Nicole Voyles took the time to listen and understand my rather complicated child custody situation. She is very honest, practical, and matter of fact. She provides excellent, honest feedback, and explains what the possible outcomes may be, based on the facts in the case. She did not build false hope to try to run up a bill. Nicole was always quick to respond to my questions. She was also great during mediation. I fully expected my custody case to go before the Judge, but thanks to Nicole we were able to reach an agreement in mediation. After the mediated agreement was filed, I needed to get in touch with Nicole due to my ex not fully complying with a part of the order. She was quick to respond and offer a suggested course of action. In summary, I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy Lawyer.

I hired Nicole back in 2009 to handle my divorce. It was a very busy and volatile divorce including domestic violence, several businesses and several properties. Nicole and her associates were very attentive and sensitive to my situation. I hired Nicole again in 2012 due to my ex-husband's inability to follow court ordered obligations and protocol. Both experiences I have had with Nicole were handled with utmost profession. I never worried if my attorney was not giving my case the personal attention it deserved. I would recommend hiring Nicole. I too, will use her again in the future if necessary.

Nicole was my attorney for my divorce and then I retained her 12 months later to be my attorney in my child custody. I would not have gone anywhere else. She was very professional, attentive, and always listened to my point of view. Nicole was always well prepared and had a strategy in place for my deposition and trial that followed. I found her and the firm she works for to be very responsive and knowledgeable.
