I highly recommend George Lewis! George has been my family attorney for the past 20+ years, and has seen me through the toughest of times. I appreciate his care, expertise and professionalism. George is the only one I trust.

I hire Mr Lewis to represent me on divorce case. Worst mistake of my life. During trial, he was coughing up blood on his shirt and drooling on himself. My wife and I had two properties on the separate property. He failed to provide the deed Hearing for which I provided to him prior to her hearing. Cost me compensation on our second property. Didn’t sign the decree or review it, so my divorce got thrown out and I had to go through the process again. Such a horrible experience I’ve thought about going after his law license.

Great attorney

Mr. Legree: I, Frank Freeman, am a board certified family lawyer, and I was Mr. Lewis' co-counsel during the entire trial of your case. I was with him preparing for your trial the day before. The facts which you allege simply did not happen. At no time during the day of trial was he coughing up blood or drooling. Mr. Lewis handled the trial of your case in a professional manner throughout. In my opinion the judge listened to the evidence and made the best ruling the judge could make based upon the evidence presented. Unfortunately we, as family law attorneys, cannot guarantee results. And as I have been told by so many of my attorney friends "We don't make the facts". You do not agree with the judge's decision. I get that. At least 50% of the people who go to that courthouse don't either. But I cannot let you make statements about Mr. Lewis that are not true. George is one of the smartest lawyers I know and I seek out his advice on complicated matters on a regular basis.

George is a very great attorney. We have used him several times for Family Law issues. He is considerate of your feelings and a well liked and well known attorney.

Update: My situation is almost done - I signed my documents and Mr. Lewis will be filing them with the courts and will be submitting thise official documents to the QDRO Adm. Thereafter, just another couple of months for processing and required wait time but then it should be finally completed. Mr. Lewis and Mrs. Louis have been very patient, understanding, and extremely helpful with me throughout this process. fyi, I coach my sons' Leagues Sports Teams, therefore, using one of my fav phrases I like to tell em, "let US finish this thing STRONG, lets GO team!" I am very impressed with Mr. Lewis' wealth of knowledge and his upstanding professionalism. He's a real southern gentleman. He is still currently helping me with my situation but I am sure he will get this done for me in a timely and successful basis. I will definitely update everyone as my situation gets resolved. So far so good!

George has helped my family on numerous occasions. He has always been very professional in what can be such sensitive situations, has attention to detail, and timely communication. There have been times where my family has felt so lost because we not familiar with the texas laws and practices and George has gone out of his way to make sure we understood each step and what to expect. We will use George Lewis again and again!!
