The Ferrell Law Firm was selected after having read the firm’s reviews on Avvo.com. We expected nothing less than what was stated of the firm’s professionalism and performance in the practice of Law. Our case involved a driver who ran a red light causing an accident that lead to pain and suffering to my wife of 6 month expecting and I. The case was challenging as it also involved an insurance company that was reluctant to accept liability even when the police report and driver stated the facts. The offices of Mr. Steven Ferrell handle the Auto Accident Case from infancy stage to resolution. The office was able to negotiate with the insurance company outside of court for an adequate sum settlement amount. As a client, we are very pleased with the end result of Mr. Ferrell’s office hard work, professionalism, and performance. We are appreciative of his office for accepting to handle this complex case. We definitely would use his service again.

Get This: I worked for a law firm that would have handled my wind storm claim against TWIA. But I chose Steve Ferrell. He spoke to me about my case, and he knows about the law! Not only is Steve the nicest guy you'd ever meet, but he handled my case like the a pro. In the end, we received a much, much larger settlement than we ever thought possible. An accident occurred at my business on Friday night, I called around Ten lawyers on Saturday morning, only one to not only respond but actually showed up to my business within in a couple of hours was Mr. Ferrell. He came across as very honest and knowledgeable and gave me very sound advice. He kept me informed almost day to day, and as the case developed week to week. There was a point in the case at which I was willing to settle for less, however Mr. Ferrell insisted that he would try to win a larger settlement, which he did. After the settlement he called to make sure there was nothing else I needed. Steve was one of the top defense lawyers in Texas for over two decades. He has since made the decision to help injured accident victims instead of representing the interests of the defendant. He knows the key issues and hurdles facing a plaintiff much more than the vast majority of the other plaintiff lawyers I have worked against during my 19 year law career as a defense lawyer. He came to mind first when I needed to consult with a lawyer for my own legal issue.

Steve did a superb job at developing a strategy and following it thru. He was able to get a summary judgement sustained in a toxic chemical personal injury suit which resulted in a NON-SUIT Motion. Several other defendants were not released. Steve has successfully handled two matters for me over a span of 10 years.

Steve did an excellent job in lining up all evidence and motions necessary to have plaintiff eventually agree to dismiss case that was brought against us in bad faith. Also did excellent job in seeking sanctions against plaintiff that brought the case.

Mr. Ferrell went above and beyond in handling my case. I am forever grateful and would absolutely use him again.
