Amazing lawyer!

I contacted Mr R. Stephen Ferrell for legal assistance, he gladly helped me and guided me to right direction. Very helpful and knowledgeable lawyer I highly recommend him.

Mr. Ferrell communicated with me over the course of a couple days. He ended up deciding that my case was not a good fit for him, but he was kind, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions and understood my case thoroughly before deciding that he wasn't able to take the case. I felt like he also spent a significant amount of time educating me about the case and all the pertinent laws and important timeframes so that I'm very prepared to continue my efforts to hire an attorney and explain my own case more clearly than I was able to initially. This is one of the few good people/lawyers out there in Houston. I called him on a Friday night and left him a voice message on his cell phone and after 30 minutes he called. He provided me with the information that I needed over the phone and taught me how to deal with my insurance company and whether to take it to court or not. he told me to call him again if I needed further assistance. The way he guides you through the process, it makes you feel like this guy really cares about you! God bless you for the work ethics that you have.

Do not trust him and do not use him. Thing that should have been brought up in my case were never addressed. I felt like he was working for the insurance company and not me.

They also found the best expert in a niche field to write a report for us when it was needed to keep my case moving forward. Again, since my case was relatively small compared to larger personal injury suits, I found this level of service to be phenomenal. The Ferrell Law Firm settled my case for me and I was very satisfied with the settlement amount. I know the firm used their expertise to create realistic goals. Mr. Ferrell also always presented choices to me but explained with full reasoning why his past experience led him to believe X choice would be best. On a personal level, I also found Steve Ferrell and Susan Shotland to just be nice people to work with. They were kind, friendly people who were passionate about their work without being domineering or patronizing.
