Take your business elsewhere. Poor customer service. Found a better plan with another company. I sent an email to this company canceling my service. Still payment out. Called out "customer service" on their incompetence. Yesterday I received 2 pieces of mail stating my coverage will be canceled due to non-payment. Is this the outfit you want watching your back in case things go sideways? I will not mention the company I switched to, but I recommend looking up Heavy Duty Country on Youtube.

Purchased a LTC course 11/20/2024. 5 days later still have no access to course. Customer service is not helpful. They have my money, won’t respond to a refund request and have no access to the course I purchased. Terrible first impression! Purchase your LTC course elsewhere

I just called in to TX Law Shield and had a wonderful lady named Dory that was so efficient, and courteous !! I was impressed
and feel even better about this company. She is a Great Ambassador for RX Law Shield! Thanks Dory for being kind to an old man -- You are the Greatest!

I was a member for more than 5 years. Several months ago I received a letter saying my membership was not renewed. I called and they explained that it was a mistake, my membership was fine. Today I received another letter in the mail saying I was not a member. Customer service is horrible, switching to USCCA, they hopefully won’t leave me like LawShield did, very very negligent service. Pissed!!

Been a member for I don't know how many years and have been fortunate enough to never need to draw my weapon, especially in these crazy times. So today I get a flyer in the mail offering two-for-one additional coverages that cover what seemed to be a lot of the stuff I already signed up for way back when. So I have a chat with a rep to see what I lost and what I'm now covered for. The rep couldn't tell me anything about my current coverage other than identity theft protection which seems weird. So I do some research on them and find out they're run by an insurance company. I signed up to begin with because I thought US LawShield was a group of lawyers offering this service. No, the insurance company hires the cheapest lawyer they can find to defend the client. Being run by an insurance company is a MASSIVE red flag so today I have deleted the card they have on file to process my monthly payment and have officially quit USLS. Now to see if they somehow charge me this month even though my card is supposedly deleted from their system...

I had them for two months
I was told by a sales rep from their company that eventually my month rate will go up if I want the new policy’s that they was going to offer in my state.
And for what I wanted it was going to be 55 bucks a month vs the 16.85 I was paying when I signed up.
So I shop around and found out that USCCA had redid the policy on June 5th. They offer a lot more for 29 to 49 bucks a month. USCCA double a lot of their coverages. But haven’t raised there prices since 2022.
But all USCCA coverages levels are the same except when you get to the education side. If you want more educations available. The prices are different. That is it
I wouldn’t never had this company if I knew what I knew now.
They did nothing but lied to me and took my money for two months.
With US lawshield you don’t have civil liability only civil and criminal defense.
So if you happen to get sued after a Self defense situation. You on your own unless you happen to be in state where they charged 55 a month.
