HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Signed -up initially with the re-occurring billing. Tried to cancel last year via email, just got a big run around, and had to dispute the payment with visa. Now this year going through the same non-sense. Was told an agent from Illinois hold to personally cancel it, for security reasons. I can't imagine how horrible their service would have been if I actually needed it.

Never had a issue good or bad but have a friend who was arrested for trying to stop his ex girl friend son twice his size who kick friends door in. He was told law shield couldn’t help because he didn’t shoot the son. He was charged for brandishing a pistol????
