Worst experience I’ve ever had on a phone call. Call to ask some questions about something and the guy “Chris ferarah “ didn’t catch his last name because he was very heated that i interrupted his dinner. Answered the phone and seemed extremely annoyed that he had to do so. I even opened the phone call with I’m not sure if you’re who I need to speak to, and asked if he could help. He was extremely rude, and even stated “well you’re asking all these questions and I’m not going to help” he yelled at me and then proceeded to tell me that he’s in his garage about to make dinner with his family. The other phone number on my card wasn’t working and the website was down so I had no other choice. He could’ve showed a little sympathy and KINDLY said I have to call a different number and/or understood something other than, oh this lady interrupted my dinner for stupid questions. MY BAD. I will not be using their services any further, I asked for customer service to call me both yesterday and today during business hours and he very rudely reminded me (never had I ever been yelled at like that by a “business man” before) that the reason no one’s calling me is because they’re closed. Scary.

Take your money/Scam. Not true at all. I had a "Assault W/a weapon charge, on my own property, against me in Miami. 2 US Law Shield Attorneys traveled from I believe Ohio and highly represented in court against the State of Florida. The State tried to just ruin my life. It never happened. Thanks for a job...Well done?

This company runs deceptive advertising campaigns in multiple news markets. Very scammy.
