Full disclosure- I'm the present husband of my Nurse wife that had to bring her abusive, deadbeat ex-husband back to court after 9 years of originally agreed upon unpaid medical bills, pre-agreed upon college money, and miscellaneous costs normally shared between 2 biological parents towards their children. I'm also the husband that had to re-write the Settlement Agreement that Ms. Radcliffe originally presented to us because her agreement did not make any sense and had multiple grammar and spelling errors. Today, after Ms. Radcliffe was hand given all the backup needed identifying the Ex Husband's unwillingness to pay his fair share, she looked at my wife and I and said "this is too much!" What?? I felt like I was negotiating with her and the ex-husband at the sametime. BTW, he arrived at the courthouse with no representation. Due to his history of non-payment, one of the items that was added to the settlement was for him to pay child support for his children. SHE DID NOT EVEN BRING IT UP TO HIM? WHAT? That is Family Law 101! CHILD SUPPORT CAN ALWAYS BE AMENDED!!!! Hey Suzanne, at least if he didn't pay that requirement, we could have garnished his wages! Don't you ever think about the needs of the children?? Well, she got paid her $6,000.00 fee, (or maybe she will as the other half has to come from the deadbeat dad). Suzanne, enjoy your trip to Cabo that you were bragging about to us and others. Disgraceful and unprofessional! If I could give her a ZERO I would. P.S. Who in their right mind, would put an abusive ex-hubby in the same conference room with a previously abused woman, and expect the woman to make settlement decisions, on the BIRTHDAY of her DECEASED son? ( my wifes statement driving home... "he got irritated when we discussed money" ...." so I dropped it") Suzanne, you should return all of your legal fees!

Suzanne is absolutely awesome!! She made room for me the same day that I called, to help me with an emergency custody case, the week of Christmas! I was an absolute nervous wreck before she called me back for our phone consultation to get the ball rolling, and let me tell you, immediately I knew I had made the right choice to call her!! I can’t speak highly enough about the absolute professionalism and dedication that she had towards my case. I felt like she was just as invested and determined to seek the desired outcome of the situation as I was, like it was her child she was helping me fight for!! I am forever grateful for calling Mrs. Radcliffe and her team of outright All-Stars in her office. I pray to God that no one has to go through a traumatic child custody situation, but if you are forced to…call her office immediately!! Thank you doesn’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for her and her team!

I have had several experiences with attorneys in other states with similar family law cases. I was amazed that she took my son’s case so close to Christmas after it was filed against him only a couple of days before. From everything I’ve been told that she has answered calls at 8 o’clock in the morning at 8 o’clock at night and he was told it she wanted to give him certain stipulations and then once he agreed to them she changed her mind. This attorney gave them a stern response. When my son said that he was going to have to go to court with only hours notice this attorney got the job done. I know that some people have bad things to say about attorneys because they do not have the unfortunate experiences that I have had with other really bad attorneys. When my son said that they were going to court that day I laughed because I drove eight hours stayed in a motel got up and went to court the next morning and because her attorney couldn’t be there they postpone mind so that I had to come back a month later and this happened several times. People have no idea what a bad attorney can do to destroy your life. This attorney is absolutely amazing.

Suzanne should not be practicing law. She was told from the start I had a difficult case. She lied to me, forgot things and did not listen to me. I cried hysterically in mediation and she would not listen. She encouraged me to sign a mediation agreement that was not in my best interest when her JOB was to protect me and my interest. When we left mediation she said "don't worry you're pretty and will get married again soon" I went home that night completely defeated and stood on my back porch with a gun and considered ending my life because what my lawyer encouraged me to sign was so completely devastating that I felt my life was over. I hate this woman with every fiber of my being. She has her "lawyer friends" make positive post for every negative post that is left. And yes Suzanne. Im just now leaving a review after 5 years because the counsel you gave me destroyed me and almost killed me. You need to do better. You are playing with people's lifes and I hope one day you are held accountable for all the devastation you have caused.

Edit: Everytime she gets a bad review she gets an attorney friend to leave a good review. What a joke. Suzanne Radcliffe was very unprofessional and childlike. Constantly degrading others, she had zero professionalism. Half the time she had no idea what was going on with the case and of course we lost. Trust me.... this is NOT an attorney you want to represent you. She will respond to this review with "I looked in my files and you've never been a client" LOL. She's a waste of money...... trust me..... Hire someone else.

She states on the firms about us page, We give "no nonsense" advice and try to tell you the best legal strategy considering the financial and emotional cost to you and this was exactly what she did for me. Ms. Radcliffe advised truthfully about realistic potential costs to fight VS Settling and kept it fairly simple at a time I needed simple direction to make difficult decisions. More importantly, she advised me with the best interests of not only myself, but also the kids involved. After a short pause, my ex and I came to reasonable settlement agreement which ultimately saved the Children 10's of thousands of valuable future financial resources.
