Ms Radcliffe obtained custody full custody of my children her experience in courtroom was professional and well prepared without her strength and tenacity we wouldn’t have prevailed.

My experience with Suzanne was easy and painless as far as a divorce can be concerned. She handled my uncontested divorce and the whole process was completed from start to finish in less than 5 months.

In response to Lawyer: I was the point of contact for the case because my husband works in the chemical plants and can't answer calls. I was sending the evidence, the one talking to the paralegals, I was on the calls when he talked to the lawyer. She even asked me to go to court for the case she mishandled and asked me questions on the case. So for her to act like I don't speak to my husband or know what is going on in the case is laughable. She is still not taking responsibility for her mistake. The child support was a flat fee. From HER email! If she knew she did nothing wrong then why after it got tossed did she offer to do it again for free? When we asked for a refund for the second case that had not gone to court for yet (again because of her negligence of not sending the other party a paper and "hoping the lawyer and her would not notice") Only AFTER my husband asked for a refund for the full amount did she then made up charges for the child support case for more thank 2k and over 1kon the case that she did nothing but file on! She was spiteful and will not take accountability for her mistake. She refunded 750 which she made up the amount because no calculations make that amount. Her response just shows how unprofessional and nasty she is. Good luck if you hire her. Original: Unethical and Unreliable. If you like throwing away thousands of dollars feel free to hire Suzanne. We hired her for a custody case which my husband won because the opposing side had no lawyer. Spent over 11k. We decided to use her again when my husband’s ex started violating the custody order as well as not paying child support. We paid over 5k for both retainers and when we show up to the child support case the lawyer had NO evidence ready to present (even though we GAVE her plenty), did not ask for bond or probation on the ex (even though she agreed to that MINUTES before we went up there), she was stuttering to the judge and the other lawyer, and to top it off she got our case thrown out because she brought a copy of OUR contract with writing she took for a different case with the opposing lawyer argued it was tampered and the judge agreed. We then couldn’t even present on the second case of her violating the custody order because the lawyer did NOT do all the paper work! To which she replied "we were hoping the lawyer and judge wouldn't notice" RIDICULOUS! After this we no longer felt comfortable with her being our lawyer. So, we asked for a refund on the second part we had yet to go to court for. She refused, made snarky comment about how we’re “lucky you even got custody”, and then proceeded to try to charge us over 2k on the child support case after we lost because of her mishandling it AND when we booked it we paid a flat fee. There were supposed to be no more charges. I even have emails of her saying it was just a flat fee of 2.3k. She also refused to refund the second part we haven’t even presented on for 2.8k retainer! She lies and does not take responsibility for her actions. She is unethical and unprofessional. Take you money else where and with someone that will actually help you and not take your money.

My brother has him for a court appointed attorney and while in jail the only way he can call him is to have a family member three-way the call but this attorney blocks family members calls so he won’t be bothered by his clients he doesn’t show up for court half the time never visits and the addresses he listens on Google or bogus I’ve been to two of them already. If you need a criminal lawyer never hire a one star attorney he’s one star for a reason .

Fine person and capable attorney. I have had several cases with Ms. Radcliffe representing the other side and she always zealously represented her clients in an professional and ethical manner.

Ms. Radcliffe was excellent. She got me through a very trying time, and was fair while still preserving my assets. More importantly she helped me gain primary custody of my son. Not the easiest thing for a husband to accomplish. Tough, smart, experienced, and compassionate best describes what you can expect from Ms. Radcliffe's representation. I can still call her today if I have a question, 2 years after the fact. Thank you Suzanne!

I have NEVER worked with someone so unprofessional and unprepared. She showed up to mediation not even knowing my childs name and age. Did not have any research or plan with my ex. Did not return one phone call in 3 weeks.

Ms. Radcliffe is technically solid and a fierce attorney. You is prompt to respond to e-mails and keeps you informed on the status of your case. I have worked with several attorneys throughout my life and she is by far the best attorney that I have ever employed. I would highly recommend her for family legal issues.

Ms. Radcliffe has represented me several times in a custody matter and each time I have had the pleasure to work with her, she and her staff have been very responsive, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable.
