I truly hate that I have to write this review, and I want to make it clear that my dissatisfaction isn’t because the case didn’t go in my favor. My feelings towards this law firm aren’t shaped by that alone. I had a discrimination case and paid a significant amount of money for them to represent me, but sadly, I must say they were disorganized. I constantly had to follow up with them to get updates, and I can't help but feel like they didn’t pursue my case fully because they had already been paid by my employer. Some may disagree, but I genuinely believe they could improve their services—especially when it comes to follow-ups, laying out a clear plan of action, and, most importantly, not having the first meeting with Attorney T. Robinson be the last one, where he informed me he would no longer be handling my case. For the amount of money I paid and for what they promised, none of it was delivered. It seems like the only way they can successfully support or win a case is if you’ve been blatantly called slurs, physically abused, or subjected to years of blatant, documented discrimination. I expressed these concerns during our termination meeting, but I feel it’s important to share this with anyone considering them for an employment discrimination case.

I want to clarify that I am not a client. My review is based on limited engagement as a potential client. Some firms will say they did not engage with a person If their legal name is not listed. My full legal name is not listed because I am cautious of privacy and safet. This is a real review. TB Robinson’s firm responded to my inquiry very timely ( like the next day). This shows they are on top of things and are courteous. Some firms don’t even reply to you unless they there’s a lot of money on the table. The office called me and was polite and professional. Their consultation fee was slightly higher than what I have witnessed to be the average in Houston and so I did not proceed with additional services. Again this is a limited engagement review. I can’t attest to their actual representation. I reduced to 4 stars because I think it’s deceitful to rate them that high since I didn’t engage much.
