Mark is very knowledgeable in the NIW process. I used him for my NIW application and it was successful. Although it is hard to reach him over the phone, however, he replies to texts and emails. I strongly recommend him.

I don't usually write reviews.. but for Mark, I'm more than willing because he saves my life! I started communicating with Mark in late July 2022. He's the first immigration lawyer that actually convinced me that I can move forward with my case. I consulted with 2 different lawyers before Mark and had to pay consultation fee, but none of them had the trust and willing to do my case. First time talking to Mark over the phone, he tried to explore several different angles to go on with my case to tell the story on the petition letter! Loved him from the first call already. It was frustrating to call him after submitting my paperwork, but trust me, he knows when to call you and process your case. I guess he has his own timeline for his clients. Mark works alone and he has so many clients all over the US. Reach him through text and email, and let him know your timeline so he knows. Make sure you have your own timeline for your case. He filed my case in October 2022, got my NIW approval in January 2023, and my I-485 approval in March 2023. Just within 5 months. Now waiting for my actual green card! Thanks to Mark Harrington!! Couldn't be as relieved as now if without him! I would recommend anyone who wants to go through the NIW process.

After paying him 2000 dollars, he disappeared, never answer a phone call, never response an email. Had to get a different lawyer and get the NIW approved. Don't waste your money and time on this guy...

He saved our live here! He is very good and professional lawyer. I know he is super busy and it is difficult to contact and communicate, BUT, he know when to contact you. He never ignore my case and always give the best until I got approval for my NIW case 2 days ago. Up and down my process, he always support me, gave me spirit and motivation. Send him first $2000 in March 2022, he is gone then. No text, no email, no phone. After about 5 months, he replied me my document will be ready in 3 days, I was happy at that time. Then he is gone again. Went to his office in Houston in Oct, could not find him. He called back, promised document will be ready in 1 day. Again, he is gone. Don't waste you money here, please.
