I was referred to Attorney Stewart J. Guss by my neighbor after being in a head on collision with another 18-wheeler in early December 2020. They gave me a list of really great doctors that had me back walking in 6 months and was able to return back to work full-time 2 months after that. The staff is great here you're treated with respect. They keep you in the loop of things going on with your case. There are no hidden charges, every thing is laid out on the table from the start. Kristen and Isis are the best legal team I've ever worked with! I trust them if in the event that I have another accident to handle my case.

When I got in a car accident back in early 2018, I knew immediately that I was going to need a lawyer as I was feeling pain right after the wreck. After doing some google searching for a good personal injury lawyer I came across Stewart J. Guss’s site. I talked with someone about my case. They then proceeded to take on my case, and got me all the medical treatment(s) that I needed to try and get me physically well again. Although, some of my injuries are permanent due to the car wreck. I’m able to do most of the things I love again. They also took on my now former car insurance company when they weren’t trying to do their part. I ended up getting a good settlement in the end. Everyone that I dealt with at Stewart J. Guss were nice, helpful, very understanding, and patient. If I’m ever in a situation where I need a personal injury lawyer again. I would return to these guys in a heartbeat, and I’ll definitely recommend them to anybody that wants a law firm that will fight for you.
