David was not only helpful, but very friendly as well. He went above and beyond, helping us make the appropriate selections and decisions. I can’t recommend David and S.J.G. enough.

The secretaries are there 24hrs, so I decided to chat with them a bit. I didn't give details, as I first wanted to know the process. The following days, I received a minimum of 8 texts/calls a day! Finally, I took the call and asked for their fees before I gave any information. Alex (or Saul, right now I don't remember as I talked to both) told me it'll be 30%, and explained the process, so I asked for time to think about it. When I called back, ready to start the process, this lady took all my personal and accident information. She requested pictures and told me it'll be 33%. After negotiations she agreed on the original 30%, as a special favor, not as stated in the original deal, even when I mentioned who I talked to. She placed me on hold and then I was transferred to a different secretary who wanted me to explain everything again. Then I was informed I was talking to someone else and that the price will be 33%. By this time, 2 different employees confirmed it'd be 30% and now someone is telling me those 2 have no power to take those decisions. Then I called back to the original number and the lady told me, my accident was too small for them to get as much profit as they wanted, so they just transferred me to a different lawyer. If these people didn't care about my health or my property, how could I trust they would care about representing me with the best interest in mind. Be careful if you choose them, and be sure you read the contract carefully before signing.
