I was informed every step of the way and they genuinely cared about my concerns and answered every question I had. My daughter and I where in a car accident. My daughter was injured due to this. Do to my daughter previous medical problems I thought I was going to have to fight to the end to get the other insurance company to pay. Mr. Guss and his staff not only got the insurance company stop calling ( they wanted to settle right away) they made sure my daughter received the medical care she needed for her injury. All the way until the case was settled they made sure my daughter was taken care off. I would recommended him anyone.
