I was referred to Mr.Gus by a friend, and he did not let me down. I would do the favor of passing on a referral to anyone I knew who needed someone to represent them for any personal injuries.

I was in an accident in July of 2014. I'm a police officer and was working on the freeway (off duty) in a construction site. I was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep. He was going full speed and I was dead stopped. Needless to say the accident was very bad and I was injured. I have never been in an accident this bad before and have never used an attorney. After talking to multiple friends who had been in similar situations I decided to seek help. I almost signed up with a friend of the family but wasn't very comfortable with him. After doing some research and looking through reviews I decided to call Mr. Guss. The first person that I talked to was Dawn. After about a 30 minute conversation I was pretty sure I was going to use them. After Mr. Guss personally called to talk to me I knew I made the right choice. They helped me through the entire case, from start to finish. I figured they would eventually get tired of hearing from me because I called so much. They helped me make the right decisions regarding my health and financial outcome of the case. They weren't only concerned with getting the most money out of me, they made sure I made the right choices so I didn't have future problems that I would be stuck paying for. The case took almost exactly one year to come to a close. When Dawn sent me an email saying that had come a settlement I was relieved and a little worried. I wanted to make sure I had enough money to put aside for future medical bills. I was shocked when she told me what the total amount in my pocket was. I had to ask her multiple times if that was my portion or if that was total. In the end I couldn't have made a better decision by choosing Stewart Guss to represent me. Hopefully I never need a lawyer again but if I do there is no question as to who I would call.

I would like to give credit to my lawyer and now friend because that is exactly what Ms.Haynes became as I started my path to getting help with my situation. I was afraid but knew what I had to do to get out of debt so I google and looked for a female lawyer in my area and her name popped up so I made sure she was accredited and checked out all of her education and everything was very impressive. I made the call to her office here in Houston and was given a consultation and as myself being a first time client she was very nice, patient and understanding as I gave complaints and excuses she waited in a timely manner and never judged my situation.
