Very professional staff and always keep me undated with my case .

I have had a great experience in my dealings with the Tran Law Group. All of its personnel that I have spoken with and who helped assist me in my lawsuit were great! Although I called a lot :) they always returned my calls and supplied me with the information and/or update. From the very beginning Tiffani conducted my intake application - she was very thorough. Then I dealt a lot with Patricia who was always polite and pleasant. Marcus E. was wonderful in fighting for me with the others insurance company. He did a great job in a short amount of time. And lastly I dealt with Hannah. She is very professional and cared about me as a client wanting to ensure that I was up on everything relative to my settlement. I asked if she could mail the check to me and she graciously replied yes and get this via (1) day service with USPS. Thanks Tran Law Group!
