I had an accident in September 2018 a taxi cab hit the back of my car. It’s been 5 years and until this day the person responsible for the accident has not paid for any of the damages done to my car. I called the Tran law firm today because they were handling my case I spoke to a woman named Rachel and she just told me the taxi cab filed for bankruptcy. I would never recommend the Tran Law Group to anyone. They were obviously not working on my case and it shows now that Basically there is nothing I can do. Do not reach out to them for car accidents.

I had a great experience with Tran Law Group. Attorney Tom and my case manager has always been available when I call. They handled my claim professionally and finalized it in a short period by protecting my benefits. They are very knowledgeable in thier field, explains every step of the process and fights to get the best return from the defense even when the case may seem minor. They aren't upfront and honest with their clients. They tell their clients rehearsed lines to get them off the phone. They do not stay on top of your case unless you call and ask them for updates. I caught Marcus in a couple of lies. I had to do foot work and make calls to close out my own case. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE
