I had the most unprofessional bankruptcy consultation with this attorney. He called and just stated he was a bankruptcy attorney. I ask which firm was he with and then he said his name with an attitude. I told him about my situation and he completely disregarded it. He stated in his professional experience that I didn’t “qualify for any form of bankruptcy”, but before him, I had spoke with 3 other firms, who stated I did. He then went on to say that I should do debt settlement because I “didn’t want him garnishing my check because of the bankruptcy”. After that, he stated if I should get sued while doing debt settlement, I should call him and he would defend me. This attorney was obnoxious and condescending, and I not recommend him.
