After carefully reviewing local bankruptcy attorneys online, (including one nearby who has been sanctioned several times - how is he still in practice?), I was fortunate to choose Jesse Aguinaga. He has many years of experience and seems very knowledgeable about every aspect of the law and it's practical application to one's case. A few months ago I found myself in a financial situation that I had no idea how to handle.
