This person is one of the worst people I have communicated with, he is very inconsistent to perform his job very disrespectful he even made my wife cry, he even seems to have multiple personality and I felt a hostage to him because I couldn't respond to him the normal way so I don't jeopardize my case and wouldn't even refund my money not even the court filling fees since he never filed my case. Horrible guy.

Mr Jesse is awesome! He’s been working with me from august until January on my bankruptcy case!! I got my car back in less than a week like he said I would! He’s a tough cookie but that’s only because he cares about his clients! He fights for you and if you do the work he will make it happen! Reviewers, why one apple, make it bad for all? If you haven't read the first post pls do, under BATAI PRICE. This atty contacted me to offer me $1500 to remove the review-BATAI PRICE. I am entitled to my review, right? Remember, I asked him for the first refund at the start of the case, which he didn't attempt to file no petition, I asked him for a refund, he implied, "There is a non-refundable policy of all monies." Secondly, he got in touch with his soul, mailed me a $300 check, which he never implied to me how much; I assumed it was the refund. Once the first review post, a few weeks later, he emailed me to offer $1500 to remove the post. I was like, Why? It's a review of what I experience from your service. Then, I thought about it! I could have reported him to the State Bar by filing grievance; however, that would be cruel. Lastly, if he really wanted from the HEART to refund the money, you could have done it the First Time. Since this is about his reputation, now he decides to offer $1500, READY! OMG, he even had the audacity to throw debt in my face; but remember he was the one who reached out to me offering money. Google Reviewers, what do you think? Atty Jesse, should be ashame of himself and his actions. I have taken down my reviews and he paid me for it (uncut the amount) and he still not HAPPY. THIS IS ALL ABOUT HIS REPUTATION. I am going to the attorney's grievance board.

Extremely blessed to have found Jesse and his firm. Took the time to understand our situation, explain the options and consequences of those options and help lead us to the best debt relief decision for us.
