Our lawyer (Surendran K Pattel) helped us recover money from a planning service that refused to refund us for services they did not provide. It was a long and difficult process that we would not have been able to get thru without his expert guidance and counseling! We ended up settling to get much more than the opposing party was willing to give us initially.

We worked with Mr. Patel to obtain a refund from our event planner after the event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Our event planner refused to refund us, even for the services not rendered.
He was extremely flexible in working with our schedules and always available to answer questions/concerns (even after business hours). With his guidance, we were able to get majority of the money we had requested to be refunded.

He facilitated the writing of my will, power of attorney, medical directive. His expertise pointed out areas that needed to be addressed that I was not aware of. Knowing I was concerned about leaving the house because of the pandemic, he graciously came to my house to complete the paperwork. And all for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend him.
