I got my NIW I-140 approval through the Ashley and Krishnan group. They drafted the case very well and provided correct guidance at every step. I strongly recommend them. They work in very timely manner and respond to all my queries quickly.

I would say Highly Unprofessional...!!!! I do not know who made the application. Denying is OK, but he was not able to prove that, 1. I am a biological scientist, 2. Even having 30 articles, they could not satisfy the USCIS that I have scholarly achievements, 3. They do not know what USCIS needs in reference letters.

I would highly recommend Mark for the services for the Green card and other valuable services. Mark is very knowledgeable in every aspects of immigration, and detailed. It is with my pleasure to share my experience with Mark Ashley, who handled my NIW/I-485 based application. After living just one and half year as a postdoc in the States I decided to apply permanent residency. Luckily I came across Mark Ashley who, as a lawyer, had just helped one of my colleagues. It took less than two years to get the whole process approved including the possession of green card. I hired Mark for my NIW EB2 visa processing. Mark showed serious lack of professionalism and efficiency. I ultimately lost the case, which could be due to my lack of publications, but was due to Mark's inability to handle the case. In the final denial letter USCIS specifically stated that the petitioner has failed to submit documents as requested. It was obviously the lawyer’s responsibility to read the RFE and submit documents. Mark made me produce total 10 letters for my NIW, 7 for original submission and 3 for RFE. He total spent 5 minutes of time for each letters. I wrote ALL the letters, and Mark barely taken a look at those and said “They are great” every time. When submitting the petition, Mark made me print out the letters and send those to him by mail because he ‘Does not have facility to print such a large scale!!!!’. Seriously, no joking, a lawyer is telling he cannot afford to print some documents. Overall, I am sure Mark worked no more than 3/4 hours for my case as he did nothing other than writing the 4 page cover letter. I came up with all the names for my referees, wrote all the letters, made contacts with referees, get the letters, printed and mailed those out to Mark. I have known another friend of mine who got NIW visa and his lawyer basically did all the work for him. Please do not be fooled by his cheap rate and waste your money like me. Get someone better and more knowledgeable. Mark will explain to you that your case is an obvious win and then it may be denied.

I can consider my lawyer mr Mark Ashely an very experienced, knowledgeable lawyer and always wins case for the national interest waiver (NIW) application. When I first reach him for his services, he asked about my publication, citations, and other contributions I made in my field. What I notice is that he got the right judgement to tell you whether your case has better chance to be approved. During my application, I was still at school and doing my PhD in water resource management in Texas A&M University and got past publications in journals. So he was optimist about my profile, and then we got into work. We have gone through lots of paper, what I can tell you is he is very quick in responding to your email and getting this done. More importantly, his delivers quality work which makes your case very strong. I felt confidence. He charges very reasonably so you get the best value for your money. I recommend Mr Mark Ashley wholeheartedly. Simply he is the best.
