We had Jeff Wheelock review a franchise disclosure document and agreement for a franchise we were considering investing in. He has reviewed hundreds of these in his career so his advice and candor was excellent. He was great at deciphering between things in the agreement that were "watch outs" vs things that are typical. If you are considering a business opportunity or investing in a franchise, it's worth it to pay to have a attorney like Jeff who specializes in this area to help you. It can save you a lot of money and headaches in the long-run.

I recently had Jeff Wheelock review a Franchise Disclosure Document and I am extremely glad I did. He spent a lot of time explaining the entire document. He made sure to spend a lot of time on points that were common in FDD’s but more importantly the items I should be aware of and try to negotiate.
