I recently had Jeff Wheelock review a Franchise Disclosure Document and I am extremely glad I did. He spent a lot of time explaining the entire document. He made sure to spend a lot of time on points that were common in FDD’s but more importantly the items I should be aware of and try to negotiate. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is considering a Franchise.

This was our first time and we weren’t savvy on the ins and outs of an FDD. Between our schedules and having a 2 year old Jeff was super accommodating and we were able to do everything via email/phone. Jeff literally broke it down and spent hours on the phone with us not only explaining everything, but making sure we understood, and took time to answer any questions we had. In the end we left with a better knowledge of an FDD and were able to negotiate things within the FDD. Jeff is an amazing lawyer. I found him after reading all the 5 star reviews. And I have to say it is an accurate reflection of his service. Few weeks ago, I contacted him to recover initial deposit from a fraudulent Franchisor. He was extremely helpful and guided me through out the process. I found him honest, sincere, and trustworthy.

Not only is he always looking out for your best interests as your counsel (not common nowadays) but he's also a down to earth relatable guy who won't leave you behind in the conversation speaking legalese.
