He was very professional in his responses, and he always took the time to ensure we understood what was being covered. Our phone and email correspondence was always answered promptly, and our in-person visit to formally sign papers was quite efficient. He also provided guidance on some additional recommended documents without high-pressure over-selling, and his fees were very reasonable.
