Great service, honest person

This law firm does a lot of advertising and talk about what they can do but no settlement in my case against Ercot so far... ...For me this law firm and lawyer may have been a big waste of time. They went through my houses and saw the damage and told me they would get back to me many months went by after I contacted them several times they called me and told me that the federal government has stopped lawsuits against Ercot and that's it. They say people are appealing and if they win the appeal clients may get paid for freeze damage in 2024-2025. I was not told the suites were stopped and they would appeal until I called and when I asked why they didn't let me know the lawsuits were frozen the attorney told me that they would have to notify 2,000 to 3,000 people about the status update. This made me feel that they got more clients than they could have handled. I thought that was a ridiculous excuse being that I took the time to hire them. I will let you know results of my case but for now I feel that they were a terrible choice for me and have no plans to hire our recommend them in the future. I'm very disappointed in this law firm because I felt that a lot suit should have been filed right away when they got my case. The attorney Rob seemed to not be sympathetic to my side of the table and came across to me as lecturing are putting me in my place with simple questions that I asked. I wonder if this law firm already got paid enough by some of the other lawsuits from this situation early on. But I will let Google know if they end up helping me from this point forward. If I don't update this post that means I stick with my decision that they weren't successful and I would recommend everybody to go to a different lawyer in the future. If that decision gets appealed and I get a settlement for the damage from the freeze I will let Google searchers know here. I was at first really supporting what they were doing because I know a lot of people in the community were affected by this. I don't understand if Ercot was wrong why is there no relief for what we went through.. Hopefully they find a way to reach a settlement on the appeal. Thank you for reading my concern. Again if these lawyers are successful in this case after appeal I will be updating this post If I don't update in a timely manner that means my case with this law firm was not successful in settlement and I wasted my time..
