I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Dick Law Firm regarding my ongoing case against my insurance company. Our case, related to water pipe damage in our home, began in March 2023, and we have experienced poor communication and a general lack of professionalism from this firm throughout the entire process. From the start, getting any meaningful updates has been a struggle. Our calls were met with vague responses, often dismissing our concerns by stating the case could take "six months to two years." While we understand that legal cases can be lengthy, the tone and attitude from the staff when we sought clarity were consistently dismissive and, at times, downright frustrating. The most concerning incident occurred in May 2024 when our property was scheduled for an inspection by the insurance appraiser and the court-appointed umpire. Despite this appointment being confirmed with [Law Firm Name], they failed to provide any representation at the meeting. This oversight has caused further delays, extending an already drawn-out and stressful ordeal. As of today, October 2024, after dealing with this case for over a year and a half, I received notice that Dick Law Firm has dropped the case, and nothing has been resolved in our favor. This entire experience has been both unprofessional and disheartening. I would not recommend Dick Law Firm to anyone seeking reliable, attentive legal representation.
