He helped me when no one else would and got my totaled truck claim up $10,000 from what they were offering! They were only offering me $4,000, but he got me $14,000 That it was worth!

I wasn't treated fairly when the money FINALLY arrived. The check from the insurance company was mailed to them (rightly so) and they cut me a check which was less than it should have been. I called back in a few days for an explanation and spoke with a man that treated me in a very condescending way. As I told him, I'm just asking questions. I know I haven't been to Law School but he didn't have to speak to me in such a dismissive type of way. I just felt like I wanted to know what happened to ALL the money my insurance company sent? I understand that they are entitled to a percentage of the money off the top and all expenses incurred are subtracted as well. After this I should have been awarded the rest. I wasn't. There is a discrepancy there and I needed the distribution of monies explained/broken down for me in the simplest of terms to understand the exact disbursement of monies, which is all I wanted and in all fairness, I was entitled too. Kindness and courtesy should be taught in Law School too.
