I just got hit a month ago. My lawyer Rebecca Delahoz has done an outstanding job and has been by my side the whole way. If you ever have a wreck please get in touch with Godsey Martin,Ms Rebecca Delahoz she is one of the best lawyers there.she keeps me updated on everything that has to do with my case and lets me know whats the best way to go about dealing with any situation that I have . I just want to say thanks Rebecca and and Godsey Martin.

I will never recommend any one to go here was settlement two weeks ago still haven’t got paid it’s going on 3 weeks no call back I have to call them it’s something wrong with the internet one week next week system doesn’t work next week haven’t sent anything out yet so do not contact them I will never didn’t get a good payment only 3000 off a t-bone I lost more than they got me run now

I’ve been with them over a year and I was told my check was gone be here in 7 days and wasn’t so I waited and after that I just recently signed for it and was told I was gone get it today and now it’s a different story again all they do is sell lies and play games with people money mind you if you signed for your check then it should be here in your hands after you’ve signed for it I don’t wish anyone to go with them

I’ve had a hard time with communication and timely responses when first dealing with this law firm. But then they did a 180 and Mrs. Susan was able to come through in perfect timing. She took very good care of me with the updates and communication as to be expected! Thank god for her !

Brandy Paschal has been delightful in assisting me through this process; she is an excellent communicator and always answers any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend her services to anyone, thank you Brandy!!

My experience with the Godsey-Martin Law firm has been painless thus far. I was involved in an accident recently and I was able to speak to someone right away (Oscar) was very helpful, thoughtful informative and patient. He gave me valuable information and was empathetic and kind. I can text anytime and my call is returned right away. My case manager Rebecca Delahoz was very empathetic, helpful, explained everything in full details (the do's and don'ts) and she called me within 24 hours of me speaking with Oscar. My case is still fresh and in process but the initial experience has been reassuring for me. I have faith. Thank you!

I highly advise people to not ignore these bad reviews and take heed. I have a family member who hired them and he's had the same experience as the others who left bad reviews. He's already gone to therapy, chiropractor, etc. All they have to do now is negotiate his settlement. Not only has he been waiting for months but they keep switching his case to a different attorney. He can't get anyone on the phone, or a return phone call from the attorney. I'm going to need you all (law firm) to get your stuff together real quick. I'll be looking to filing complaints so they can be investigated because something very crooked and shady is going on at this firm. It's very unfortunate because you try to give "our people" a chance and get taken advantage of. If you're a victim of this firm reading this, file a complaint with the state bar of Texas. Hopefully after enough complaints they'll start to improve their practices. You're better off representing yourself.

This law firm is so ridiculous, Judy Rota, Quiana Pendleton & Miriam Amaya they do not return calls or emails, they leave out information on the case,very simple questions they cannot answer very unprofessional. Do not use this law firm please go elsewhere. This law firm does not care about the clients. Numbers don't add up they didn't even ask for my lost wages and proper documentation was giving. I don't understand why they take advantage of the hurt.
