Nzinga Holmes was absolutely amazing. I’m not just saying that. I have been. Dealing with a lot personally especially with this case that I am involved in and today I was very angry, upset irate and I was looking to take out my anger and frustration out on somebody because I felt like things were not moving in the right direction in a timely manner, and yet this young lady stayed calm the whole time, even when she would’ve been well within her lights to go off on me and yeah, she did her job to the extreme, and made sure that I knew I was being taken care of by the phone and that everybody was doing everything they can to make sure I was taken care of. People like her are rare she didn’t have to take my cash she could have left me on hold and she took it upon herself to shoulder the burden of dealing with me. I am very thankful of her . I hope she is able to help more like myself and I pray that this company shows her how much they appreciate what she does .
