I’m really rather shocked at how unprofessional, sad & downright pathetic with this company. I lost count at how MANY times I’ve left messages. No response AT ALL! I wished I had done my homework. I’m going to start researching reviews regarding different companies. If I had done my homework, there’s NO WAY I would have conducted business with this company. Word to the wise bypassing THIS law firm. DONT DO IT!!!

They did more than above a five star rating they absolutely did an awesome job at helping me get a fair outcome of my case. Edit: Editing only because Myles Shaw, one of the attorneys at this firm, reached out personally to resolve this issue. He was professional and kind and worked promptly to release me from the contract as requested. He also explained that my poor experience was due to the intake company the firm had used for my specific case that they were considering firing due to similar complaints. Had I chosen to stay with this firm, it would have been due to Myles professionalism alone, however, I felt uneasy after the experience I had with the intake. If they were able to find a different intake process/company, it might have been a different story. Thank you, at least, to Myles for understanding. Would come back if the experience promised to be different. Changing my review to reflect how he handled it after the fact. Do NOT hire this awful law firm. They use a call center to try and amass as many clients as they can for the 3M lawsuit they have ongoing, then if you agree to sign paperwork they will hang up on you, block your calls, promise they’ll release you after you grow tire of the absolute sloppiness of their business conduct, then call you over and over and email you over and over trying to get information while completely ignoring their promise to release you from the contract. My next step will be to contact the state of Texas and seek outside counsel to FORCE them to release me from counsel. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney.
