Unresponsive and their message-takers give “legal advice.” They said if I settle now, my CHILD can re-open MY claim later. OH, and my claim “covers him like an umbrella” so there won’t even be any further litigation needed. Interesting. My grandma got strep throat from camp lejeune, maybe I should ask them to compensate me for the diarrhea I had last week!

I have been waiting a year and a half for an update I’ve called no less than 20 times and I have not gotten a single call back. I don’t believe that they care at all, an email or a phone call isn’t hard and neither takes very long to let a client know what’s going on. In the beginning they were very attentive quick call backs and periodic emails. I was told that this case would take 2-3 years, it’s been 5! Honestly if I could give negative stars I would.

John and his associates were all extremely helpful and responsive. We were dealing with an estate between Texas, where my mom lived, and my home state and they made everything easy and concise. What could have a very confusing and time consuming probate was made easier with their responsiveness and attention to details. I would highly recommend their services.
