I currently serve as the VP at an outpatient mental health clinic and Attorney Yong provided excellent service in defending the our office against a frivolous suit from a former disgruntled employee. Attorney Young is an effective communicator, organized, works quickly and got the case resolved in our favor. My nursing license was at risk after working at a hospital fresh out of nursing school and I began researching for legal representation. I came across Yong J. An and was immediately given a time for a meeting the next day to discuss the case. After meeting Yong J. An quickly started working on my case and I also collaborated with his team as well. My case got dismissed and I was relieved to be able to work as a nurse without any restrictions. It was honestly like a weight lifted off my shoulders because I worked very hard for years to achieve my license. Would definitely recommend to family and friends if they are in need because I know they would be in good hands.

A very well known hospital was using me as a scapegoat during a joint commission survey. I contacted yong j. Ann terrified that I would never be able to work as a nurse again because the hospital was trying to pin so many allegations on me. He and his legal nurse walked me through the whole process and communicated with me very well. He was honest with me about pricing also. His price was fair, and i was happy to pay it knowing all he was doing to protect me. It took time, work, and attention to detail. But eventually my entire case was dismissed by the BON. Y’all, I can’t tell you how relieved it was to get that email! From what I read the BON almost never dismisses any cases. I will forever be greatful to Mr. Yong for all he did!

My RN license was in jeopardy of being suspended but Mr. Yong An negotiated with the board of nursing and got my case dismissed. Very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

I called to check if he can help me with a traffic ticket. First question he asked was how much I payed for the attorney I’m currently with told him $100 and he said “yeah, I charge more than 100, take care” he hanged up the phone 😂 yeah I can afford whatever you charge that’s why I’m looking for a different attorney. Don’t go to this guy

Yong helped me with my nursing license. I was facing over inflated Disciplinary action. After a year he got me from fine, supervised while working, remedial education etc... to just education. He answered any questions I had too. His nurses that work for him are also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to any nurse facing anything with the TBON.
