I can not express enough how wonderful Mr Yong J. An is. He helped me save my license and keep it with no stipulations. He was available at anytime. He eased my mind the entire process and made sure I always felt comfortable. I was able to reach him quickly and never had to worry about not hearing back. Had a multiple felony arrest in February and had to renew my RN license by May 31st. Reached out to Yong the 1st week of May. Yong had my license renewed by 5/8. Mr Yong was an extremely understanding and communicative attorney. Even before I agreed to retain his services he was willing to hear out my situation and explain the typical process for handling a Board investigation. Three attorneys that I had called before him refused to even speak to me until I had paid a retainer fee. Mr Yong handled all my paperwork in a timely manner and answered the phone any time I had questions. While this situation was inherently stressful Mr Yongs services allowed me to focus on attending RN school and graduating successfully even while undergoing an investigation. I could not recommend Mr Yong any more wholeheartedly.

I have been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2005, and my goal has always been to become a Registered Nurse. I started attending an ADN program at an Institution in November of 2019. The school was later found to be fraudulent. In connection with that, I received a letter from BON recommending to deny my license renewal because of the alleged fraudulent issuance of my Diploma. I received another letter from HHS-OIG on 03/15/24, stating that they are excluding me from participating in all Federal healthcare programs since my license is either suspended or revoked due to the pending charges against me. Because of this, my world turned upside down. I was in a panic that all my time, effort, and passion in nursing would be wasted because of the allegation. In the lowest point of my life, I found the help of Atty. Yong J. An. He has always believed in me. He is a true man of God as well! Throughout the process, he was always accessible and responsive, promptly addressing my concerns and informing me of any developments. Atty. Yong and his team helped me in every way. He represented me before the board and responded to the office of HHS-OIG, proving that the allegation was unjust and that excluding me from federal healthcare programs was unreasonable. They helped me confirm that I earned my education with integrity and not by fraudulent means, as I attended an RN-BSN degree program and completed the program at UTA. Also after the incident, I earned credits from other accredited nursing schools. Ultimately, the OIG decided not to exclude me from working in Federal healthcare programs. With the great help of Atty. Yong, I can continue to work on Federally funded projects. As for now, I am working as an LVN. I pray to the Lord that the BON renews my RN without restrictions and all of this can be behind me. I’m an excellent nurse. I want to be able to continue to provide the utmost care to my patients. Last year I received the worst news you could receive as a registered nurse. I have received a certified letter that I was being formally charged by the board of nursing I had no idea they were even sending me letters at first so when I found out that I was a family charge I was very scared and upset. I didn't know which way to turn. By time I got to the certified letter I only had two weeks left to respond before they revoked my license for not responding back to them in a timely manner so I went on one of the Facebook groups that I was in and looked up nursing license attorney to see if anyone had mentioned an attorney before. First person that popped up search worse Yong J. An. I felt very good after speaking with him for the first time not to mention it was that same night that I reached out to him he was working on another case I took time aside to speak to me to let me know everything that was going on and how we can go about handling it. An, to anyone who is having any troubles with the board of nursing because he would definitely fight for you to the very end. If you find yourself in a situation where you are forced to defend your license, Yong J. An is the attorney you need at your side. I unfortunately found myself in this situation and he provided free advice when I called trying to figure out what my options were.?Once I decided to fight for my license he was there for me through a three year process which ultimately ended in a dismissal.
