Brad was great throughout the entire investigation with both helping my stress level as well as giving great recommendations and handling all communication. I cannot recommend the Scalise Law Firm enough!

Mom and I found ourselves pinned to the wall with no hope in site. We where intimidated and in the middle of a safety plan with our daughter 80 miles away with grandma but Following Mr Scalise lead and recommended counselor we were able to take control of our situation and in a time frame that I was being very unrealistic about (for our situation and my attitude towards it) the safety plan was lifted!!! Let me also say that CPS and thier counselor had mom and me on the edge of separation and completely turned on each other! He sent us to our "now" counselor that not only helped us see how well off we already were but how much better we are capable of being as a family. This man literally saved our relationship with our daughter and ourselves! The best thing you can do for your family is call!

I recommend Brad a 100%. He’s affordable and knows how to deal with CPS. In my time of darkness he was the light guiding me in the right direction. He went above and beyond to help me out with the case and I’m so grateful for it.

If CPS becomes involved with you and your family PLEASE HIRE THIS MAN I stand behind my statement with 1000% confidence. He has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to this agency and having his representation saved me my family and my world. My involvement with CPS: The first month of my baby's life everything was great and I was working with CPS from day 1 but by the end of month 1 they came back with new evidence from the same incident and I had to place her out or the home. I will never forget the no notice just show up and tell me she needs to go with family immediately or severe consequences would insue. All in 3 hours I was told the news, she was no longer with me AND they set visitation hours for MY BABY. TRuly since I was working with cps already and begged for different solutions to no avail- I felt this was unjust and I found Scalise Law firm that night. I was involved with cps for a total of 2 months which is unheard of and only because Mr Scalise was representing me for that second month. If I had not she would still be with family and not in my arms as I type this. Again, If you're reading this contact him asap.. cps is not on our side and are subjective when it comes to what's best for your child. Mr. Scalise has the authority to communicate with cps and advises it because in my experience my investigator was adamant that I admitted certain things he believed were true and since the case was closed in less than 30 days with Mr Scslise representatiing me- you can see the cps worker's beliefs were so wrong and I could still be paying for it.

Omg where can I start. Brad is an amazing and the best lawyer in the CPS industry! I’m grateful for everything he did to get my case close in less than a month! He did an outstanding job!
