My year started off better with a call that my 2 class C misdemeanor was dismissed. Wow! And just wow! My husband and I decided to help an elderly lady she was incredibly in debt and she was months behind on mortgage and she said she just didn’t want a mortgage anymore. She was about to lose everything and still be in debt with no way out. So my husband and I sold our house in order to be able to help her. We absorbed her debt, she sold her house to us at a very cheap price since she was going to still live in the house still. But she developed dementia and she didn’t want to live with us within a few weeks of us becoming pregnant. She decided to go live in an assisted living facility. We tried to convince her otherwise so we could keep helping her and taking her to her doctor appointments but she kept wanting to leave so we helped her. Then we offered her more money since our deal was buying the house for cheap and take care of her until she passed. She said she didn’t want any money that in fact she thought she should pay us since we took care of her for so long. Soon after she moved out we received a letter from APS someone had accused us of exploitation and not taking care of her appropriately. We called Brad and he took care of everything right away and was always so kind and helpful and 6 months later the case was closed! We just wanted to help her and she got to the point where she didn’t want our help anymore. After a few months the case was reopened and the lawyer took care of it right away and the case was closed very soon.

I give this firm ZERO stars ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! I obtained this lawyer in August for traffic tickets & once payment was received I haven’t heard his voice since. He resolved one county issue but never even reached out to let me know anything. He has no urgency & will not follow up about anything. You will wind up doing the leg work yourself I guarantee you that. He is very argumentative when you are trying to let him know the quality of service you are receiving. I will be reporting this firm to the BBB

I think I have had more attorneys then any of the reviews here. =) And Tim is a very good attorney. That is because he has a very sharp mind.

I was the victim of domestic violence while I was 23 weeks pregnant & filed for a protective order. After our children were born and spent two months in the NICU our family attorneys and the judge over our case wanted to arrange a meeting for my exhusband while the children were in the NICU. Unfortunately the hospital social worker decided that I had reconciled my now ex-husband and not only had him arrested, but filed a CPS report. My ex-husband did not act out & did not harm our children. Even when he was wrongfully being arrested, he stayed calm. The charges were dropped three days later. I was naïve and believed that the CPS caseworker was only trying to determine if I had reconciled with my ex-husband which I had not.
