This is not a good lawyer! My mom fell and broke her hip, and lawyer Noteboom dropped the case because she did not die! He only wants the gravy!

Warning!! “Do not hire him as a lawyer if you care about your voice being heard or want someone that is going to fight for what’s in the best interest of your specific case situation.” Daniel Bacalis is one of the rudest individuals that we have ever had to work with and has caused nothing but stress & frustration as he does not care to fight for your needs and desires. I understand that not all cases are guaranteed but I would expect for my lawyer to want to fight for my desires and at least explain all of my options for me to decide to come to a happy median for both parties. He would never answer any of the email questions that we would have, and trust me I know that i am not the only case he is working on but he NEVER would reply to what we would ask him (in person, over the phone, or via email) and he would completely dismiss and degrade us. On numerous occasions I had to remind him to watch how he talked to us as there was no need for that behavior. He tried to get us to agree to things that he wanted without giving us all of our options. Thank the lord that our mediation got postponed before he could fully represent us. If you are looking for someone that is empathetic to your feelings as these situations are never easy to deal with then i suggest you find a different lawyer that will give you just that. DO NOT waste your time or money and please do not let these other positive reviews fool you!!! Thank you google for allowing us a platform to speak on and help other people out through these reviews.

I have used this office one before I was treated with respect and they made me feel as if we're their only client they had it was a really good experience unfortunately my case was not one of those to where they can pursue but they did spend part of the good morning talking with me and helping me after that I'm grateful
