I’ve been trying to get in contact with my case worker Raquel. every time I call the office she is in a “call” and never calls back and when I do here from her she telling me the same thing about she’s waiting on my medical records which she been had and I’m still not on the list! The story is getting played out and I wouldn’t recommend noone to have to go through this pain and trauma Especially when you are the one that has been in the car accident!

At first this firm was doing so great. I was in an accident in may. It is now October and there has been no progress made. Denise never calls me back. And send me the the same message every two months, saying shes waiting on medical bills. I've asked multiple times if there was a way I could get then to her faster and never any response. I was told when we first started to disregard the bills if the were sent to me. I have only gotten one, and it is saying that it is close to collections. It would be nice to get a proper response so I can either call and extend the bill, or just get it paid so this mess doesn't effect my life further.

They helped with my car accident case. They were thorough in wanting to know what happened, answered all my questions, and were very helpful in the settlement process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work for me.
