Unless you have months to wait for your case to get resolved and you do all the footwork while the lawyers sit back do thing and get paid. Then this is the place for you!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I repeated DO NOTUSE THEM! I am unsure of why there are so many great reviews. We were involved in an accident in the end of July with my company vehicle. Nick took our case. We never get updates from him we call him a few times a week for updates. It’s gotten to the point now that we’re three weeks in and he’s basically told us to call the insurance companies ourselves if we want info. We had to find a place to take the van for estimates. We have now talked with both insurance companies to find out what needs to happen. I’m really annoyed that I have to pay them 33.3% for doing absolutely nothing. We were told this is a cut and dry case because we had video footage. I am losing thousands of dollars by the day. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. What an utter disappointment. They should be absolutely ashamed of how they treat people.

If you get Tony as a case worker, RUN. THIS DUDE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDECENDING, RUDE AND LIKELY INCOMPETENT. This GUY has no empathy for the people he is working for and their lack of understanding of the stressful process that is a legal case as a byproduct of an accident.

Parks and law firm took very good care of me, it was my first accident and I was very overwhelmed with what I needed to do to get my money and time compensated.
