Do Not Hire This Firm by any means! I was in a wreck December 2020. A car ran a light and totaled my 2015 Chrysler 200. I didn’t even contact the firm, a 3rd party connected the firm to me and they offered to “take care of my settlement” for me. I entrusted Tony and Thomas to get me what I was entitled based on the circumstance and for the next 6 months I was given nothing but “just a little longer”, “we should get an update tomorrow”, other irrelevancies that had nothing to do with making sure I was compensated appropriately. At a point, the blame was placed on me that it was my fault that “why didn’t you go to the hospital” and was rushed to get treatment when the firm took over 2 months to contact me after the wreck when nobody reached out to me until January. After being informed a demand package of $12,500 was being sent to the opposing insurance company, 6 months after the wreck, a breakdown was returned stating I was only entitled to $1500 settlement AFTER the firm STILL took $880 for the lawyer fees?!? I was represented only $880 worth of effort or else I feel like the outcome would have been a greater amount that I was entitled to. These lawyers will not do their due diligence by their clients anyone seeking appropriate honest representation should undoubtedly steer clear of this firm.

Edwin is a really good case manager he's fast, reliable and has great customer service experience if it wasn't for him stepping in and helping with my case and getting things done I would have definitely considered my options.

I have had the pleasure of working with Raquel Andrade and despite multiple obstacles by "other" parties within the law firm, she has remained so helpful and patient. She is very good at what she does and I know that I am in good hands with her! I have had a rather poor experience with an unnamed person who gave me poor advice and set my case back by contacting doctors and giving me very poor advice. Ultimately, if you can work with Raquel Andrade, do it!

My accident was on 5/11/21 the party at faults insurance was not cooperating Until The Parks Law firm took my case and the legal assistant Robert Avila helped resolve the liability asap. They are amazing and treat you like family and are with you til the end! Thank you again Parks Law Firm!!

Edwin Hernandez is absolutely amazing!!!
