Parks law firm doesn't do litigation so I had to pay another 7 % & have my case transferred. This is RIDICULOUS! My accident was on July.15th of 2020 3 & a half years later still counting...Soon as my case is final if I'm still alive I will leave a detailed review about my beating of a beating experience. In the end we will see if they make it right BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT IT PARKS LAW FIRM BIGGEST JOKE OF A LAW FIRM!!!! If your a nice person they will walk all over you!!!

My agent was Marko Lopez and he recommended Tony. Don't waste your time here, they don't answer phone calls. Don't take anything seriously, and take weeks just to call back. Was in a wreck on February 2nd and still haven't gotten repairs done to the vehicle which mind you wasn't my fault to begin with, No Updates, No Call backs, Not worth it They will tell you what you want to hear but get nothing and I mean NOTHING DONE!! Also he recommended a guy named Tony who is supposed to be helping us get our vehicle fixed and yet you can't even understand him because his accent is obviously not from here , Tony also doesn't get anything done I have his number so will be leaving him a review as well! For a week now he has been telling me someone will come either today or tomorrow....as you can see, it's been a real joy ride with this place.

The Parks Law Firm was able to provide clarity in the midst of chaos after my car accident in April of 2020. My case was handled as quickly as possible and they advocated on my behalf with the other driver and their insurance company. John Mejia and his team stayed in constant contact with me, returned all of my phone calls and and stepped up when I faced obstacles with TriCare and Medicare concerning my medical bills. They deserve 10 stars!!!

I was in a major accident on June 26th 2020 (was hit by a drunk driver). I just assumed the other person’s insurance would cover everything since It was my first accident ever. Parks Law firm made contact with my parents and I agreed to do a case with them. They were awesome. They handled everything and it only took about 5-6 months to reach a settlement. All of my medical bills were reduced and paid fully which was my main concern. They are also bilingual speakers (Spanish and English) which helped a lot since my parents are Spanish speakers. Leslie was great, she was always calling me or my Dad to keep us updated. And when I emailed or texted her she would respond immediately. They really showed us that they cared and they helped us along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who has had an accident just call and ask for Leslie she will handle the rest.

Parks Law Firm reached out to me to gain my business.  Once they got it they have been horrible in every aspect of business.  I have been calling since July trying to get a reimbursement for money I paid for a rental care and I can't get a call back from anyone at this firm!!! I have submitted everything they ask me for and still no movement or call backs when I call and leave a message.  They had several bad reviews on there site but none of them are there anymore.  I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Need improvement in communication by Updating client the status of their case. Have had to call this law firm every other months just for an update. They barely call.
