I am really disappointed in the treatment and lack of knowledge that I received working with this company. I was injured in an accident around the end of October. There was a young lady, who reached out to me to provide assistance, and I was initially elated. However, here we are in April, and when I called to speak with that young lady who was supposed to be handling my case, she never knows the last time her and I spoke she doesn’t know about any of my medical records she doesn’t know about anything that’s going on with my case and it takes her, just an unreal amount of time to find any answers or even consider a solution for me. I completely understand that they have multiple clients that they are working with. However, I would like to be able to get back. I’m not upset with anyone. I would just like for things to progress in the timeframe that’s realistic and that makes sense.
