I was in a wreck on 04-05-2022 contacted this office from a referral. Things went OK the first couple of phone calls, but then AMBER stopped returning calls and text messages. After a complaint I heard from THOMAS MICHAEL LOPEZ who ASSURED me that he would be in contact with me from this point on and that he would be finding another place for me to do therapy since the one place I was at was so horrible with their practices and how they treated patients. On 06-09-2022 at 0946 I sent him a detailed message saying how UNHAPPY I was with the attention to my case, and he begin assisting me in finding another therapy clinic that was closer than Arlington which was about 25 miles from my house. He only found and gave the option to the one in Arlington, but he did state I had high standards which was making it difficult to place me at a therapy clinic. I have worked in the medical field 30 years now and my standards are INTEGRITY, QUALITY PATIENT CARE, AND RESPECT....DOES NOT SEEM HIGH STANDARD TO ME BUT IF THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL HIGH STANDARD THEN I GUESS I DO HAVE HIGH STANDARDS. Never heard anything from them until I sent a text on 06-16-2022 at11:25 asking for an update. No one even asked my time off work so I can be compensated for my time off work from the wreck.The bills are still coming in NO ONE TO THIS DATE HAVE CONTACTED ME SO I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT THE BBB FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR VALUED TIME TO THIS FIRM, THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN COMMUNICATION!!!! ON 11-29-2022 THOMAS TEXTED AND SAID CIERRA WOULD BE IN COTACT WITH ME AS WELL AND NOTHING.!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!

I absolutely recommend this law firm!!! I had gotten into a bad wreck which took not only my car but my job and my home of 5 years due to me not being able to work without a car to get back and forth and to get my child to daycare everyday as well!! But let me tell you they blessed not only the horrible situation I found my self in but also BLESSED MY LIFE! I felt like my life was over and I had nothing else to lose the other insurance was going to do nothing for me only pay for my car seat and my rental of a week ONLY!!!! But Marco, Thomas, and Raul made sure they paid for my suffering as well as my pay that I lost and some!! IM SO GREATFUL THEY DID WHAT THEY DID I WAS ABLE TO WALK AWAY WITH $18,100!!! I got a new car and I’m able to move into a nicer home then I was in before!!! Jesus Christ and The Parks Law Firm had my back from Day 1 till today!!!
