We had a difficult case that many other lawyers told us there was little to no chance of cancelling my fathers deportation due to a prior criminal offense. Mr. Roland Jeter handled a legal matter for my family. He was recommended by a friend and from the consultation to the handling of the legal matter all has went well. Mr. Jeter and wife are so loving and caring and made us feel so comfortable from the first visit. He was always there to answer all questions that we had and never was in a rush to end meetings or phone calls. He instructed us of all the procedures, documents needed, timeline on when paperwork would be filed and kept us informed on status at all times. It was nice to find a law firm that treats your individual case with compassion, patience, and kindness to listen to our situation first as if it involved their own family. I just want to come on here and first thank Asma Din and her legal team for such great service! She is amazing! We originally had hired someone else to help my dad's situation and a month had gone by and he didn’t have any clear answers for us nor did he keep good communication with us. We hired Asma Din on a Wednesday and by Friday she had news for us, she was really getting things done and fast. She always kept in contact with me with any updates or for anything she needed me to provide her with. Anytime I had a question I could shoot her a message and she would reply almost instantly! She broke things down so that I could understand everything that was going on. I believe she was hired on August 24th and by October 14th for my dad’s trial she was able to have my dad released from the detention center he had been held at. Thanks to her amazing work the judge canceled his deportation and gave him another chance to remain here with us! We are now looking to see when we can have my dad go back in so that he can become a citizen! If anybody has any type of legal issues, immigration wise I highly recommend the Din Law Group!
