I asked him to look over my Will 9 months before & he OK'd it. This visit he said my Will wasn't done correctly. He told me because I didn't probate my husband's Will, I didn't own my house. Even tho everything was given directly to me & the house was put in my name, plus the deed said my husband's name "and" my name. Mr Roland bad mouthed me, my decisions, altho the Court had registered everything, Mr Jeter insisted my dead husband (40 yrs he's been dead) owned half the house & I owned half, & Mr Jeter said I couldn't do anything about it, that I couldn't sell the house or give it to anyone in my Will because I "didn't own it, only half of it." However, I showed him the deed is in my name free & clear. I had even paid the house off over 32 years ago! I finally just picked up my papers, said "Thank you for your time" & left. Stay away from this man. He doesn't know what he's doing. His attitude is nasty about everything.

Ms. Asma was very understanding she walked me through the process and worked out a payment plan which was very reasonable. She requested a waiver hearing with the judge which was granted based on many factors in my case. We had to wait for 2 years for go the individual hearing which was again postponed due to the pandemic. Once the courts were open, she requested to escalate my case which was granted. Ms. Asma is very thorough and attention to detail she believes in her clients. The most important advice I would give anyone with a case like mine is to always say the truth no matter the situation, it will set you free. I am happy to report that after 6 years in removal proceedings, I was finally granted a waiver and received the court order the same day. Thank you very much Ms. Din for your relentless effort on this case, I will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Ms. Asma Din to anyone having immigration troubles or filing for immigration benefits.

Asma is really amazing and very helpful. I passed my citizenship interview and she helped me to prepare everything that I needed. She was also present in my interview as my attorney. Mr. Jeter was able to get me in to see him quickly to discuss my case. He gave me best and worst case scenarios and was open and honest about all fees. He was able to get my case resolved with minimal fees. Many attorneys wanted triple what I paid. His paralegal was the best. She was always responsive and reassuring. I would refer them anytime!

Mr. Jeter was very professional and responsive. Covid kind of set us back a bit and the attorney for the other side did a lot of stalling, but Mr. Jeter got us through the legal process without too many bumps in the road.

Asma is the best! We had applied for the K1 visa first through another attorney, and the experience there was not that good at all. Then I was referred to her by a good friend of mine, and switching to her for the second time turned out to be the right move. We ended up getting the visa after a long frustrating process but without any hiccups. She is friendly, detailed oriented, prompt, always give you attention and time to help with the questions and the process. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
