They'll take your money

Ms. Smart helped me to navigate through a contentious and gratuitously lengthy divorce. I needed an advocate who would protect my child and protect my assets. From the initial consultation through the final judgment, Ms. Smart treated my case as though it were her own experience. She set realistic expectations with me about possible outcomes and made a diligent effort to have a solution or game plan for each possible outcome. I felt prepared every step of the way. The outcome was ultimately the best possible one. I credit that to Ms. Smart’s excellent strategy, prowess in the courtroom, and her unfailing commitment to the best interest of my child. Very nice office

Called to try and help a family friend get details in dealing with the loss of their child. Turns out they are only interested in getting your money. Before you can even find out if you can afford their services, they want to waste an hour of your time and $200 of your money just to answer extremely basic, non legal questions, like "How much could this cost?". Even better, you will be blindly throwing money at problem that they may not be able to help with... Great business model... not so great customer service model.
