She handled every curveball my ex- threw at us with skill and finesse, and demonstrated an innate ability to see (and thus prepare for) what might be coming our way. Beyond her legal experience and expertise, and perhaps more importantly, is Melissa's capacity to relate on human terms. Divorce is a scary thing, and it's very difficult to know what to expect when you haven't been through it before. Melissa did an outstanding job of preparing me for the more emotional side of the process, and was a comforting voice during the most stressful phases of my case. She listens very well, and has the empathy to understand how disruptive the divorce process can be to normal life. My husband and I had our wills done here. It was so much easier than I expected, and Sarah Springer explained the process to us thoroughly. She and a paralegal sat in during the signing, which was really nice. I didn't think the principal attorney would be able to take time away from other cases to do that, but she was very attentive at the signing ceremony. The firm gave us a digital and hard copy of our documents that day. I'm referring my friends to go. Very professional and a great value for the price.
