Greg and his staff helped us through the very complicated sale of a property including land, buildings, vineyards, a winery and its assets.
His advice and counsel were always very helpful and made a complicated closing happen much faster than anticipated.

This firm, and more specifically Greg not only did everything he said he would, he really helped us think through some items that we would have never thought of. We will certainly use them again. Greg and his staff handled a probate for me, an out of state client. He was VERY responsive, professional yet easy to communicate with, and protected me from future complications I wouldn't have considered. He also offered to contact a family member with a request that was awkward for me, and reassured me it wasn't an uncommon ask. I've used attorneys for other probates, estate planning, real estate transactions, etc. - none compared to this experience with Greg Richards! He is now my go-to attorney.
